Athletics and Running Foot Problems

Runners can also suffer from foot blisters. They are the tiny bubbles of skin filled with clear liquid that you can found anywhere on your foot. They can cause a lot of pain in your foot particularly when you are running for a long mile. They are mostly caused by the friction of your feet between your socks and skin. Other source of blisters also includes small shoes, tight shoes, moisture and sweaty foot.
