Every human being on this planet is smart enough to start their job search at a very early age. Many local schools will provide career coaching for each individual who want to learn about their future job field. The program also allows every student to become more responsible and independent.
Fortunately everyone knows that little and big children like to mimic law enforcement officials as well as physicians and construction workers. These young tykes are always playing games which usually imitate the grown ups which are around them. Luckily a teacher decided to place her older students into a work study program.
She gave the entire class a chance to choose a specific job that would be beneficial to them in the future. The school made sure that certain businesses would be involved in this project when it was first produced. She really was delighted to learn that some of her students were looking forward to volunteering their time at the hospital. This trio was assigned to three different departments when they arrived at the medical facility.
All of these were great assignments which would lead to a good future job for everyone involved. Every staff member at this medical place tried to make the young people feel very welcome in every way possible. The young female who worked with oncology became very involved with her older female patients since they were very needy and wanted human company throughout the day. She took the time to comb the women's hair and to recite poetry to them before bedtime.
Unfortunately she had become too attached to one of the older female patients who had eventually died from this disease. This strong young woman decided to continue with this career field even though her heart was now broken. She would simply have to learn how to emotionally disconnect from any person who was living within a hospital or other care facility.
On the other hand the pediatrics unit was filled with laughter and joy throughout the day and night. All of the children located in this unit were only there temporarily and would soon be discharged. Eric was assigned to this location and he truly liked working with everyone within this department. He had decided right then that this was truly the place that he wished to be after graduation.
Last but not least another girl pupil decided to take her chance with the very popular cardiology team who worked within the hospital. She had learned so much information from these dedicated doctors and could easily see herself performing heart surgeries. This young woman truly hoped that her new knowledge would eventually save her mother and father from having future heart attacks.
Once the entire project was completed their faithful teacher insisted that each student should write an essay about their career days. Luckily many of them were quite anxious to share their experiences and this was great for everyone involved. The instructor knew that her idea had been a complete success which would be duplicated by other institutes.
