Keeping a good balance on your fat loss journey is essential and that goes for goals as well as food types. It is a good idea to work out what the minimum amount of fat you would be happy with losing and ensuring that you reach that. Some people find that the numbers go down dramatically every week, while others will only lose half a pound a week. You never know how it will be until you start.
